HTM Bies has an extensive range of machinery for precise and efficient metalworking. With a variety of CNC lathes and milling machines, boring machines, welding stations and measuring machines, we are able to manufacture a wide range of components and product series.
For larger and precision machining operations, we have a CNC boring machine with a maximum machining capacity of 2,000 x 1,500 x 1,200 mm.
These welding stations are equipped with TIG and MIG/MAG technology, manipulators and robots for precise and efficient welding.
HTM Bies has surface grinding machines capable of handling workpieces up to 1,000 x 400 mm, band saws with a blade diameter of up to 400 mm, and CNC measuring equipment capable of handling workpieces up to 1,600 x 900 x 800 mm.
Our machinery includes CNC lathes, including 5-axis machines, capable of handling workpieces up to a maximum of Ø 1,500 x 5,000 mm. Many of the machines are fitted with automatic loading systems to ensure efficient production.
For CNC milling, HTM Bies has vertical and horizontal machining centres. The vertical machines are suitable for 4- and 5-axis machining up to a maximum of 6,000 x 1,200 x 1,500 mm. We also have horizontal machining centres, three of which are linked to an FMS system.
