HTM Bies has more than 50 CNC machining centres for the production of high-quality components, ranging from single-off pieces to series production. The machine fleet consists of 3- to 5-axis CNC machining centres with various machining dimensions.
HTM Bies has a Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) with 100 to 200 pallet positions. Each system is linked to three Okuma MA 600H horizontal machining centres, enabling production to run 24/7.
For larger workpieces, HTM Bies has the Fagima Dominus Big 5 AX. This 5-axis milling machine has a working range of 6,000 × 1,200 × 1,500 mm and a turntable with a diameter of 630 mm, which can be used in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
